Bubser Sees Surge in National and Local Labor Endorsements in the Final Days of the Primary Election
United Auto Workers, United Farm Workers and American Postal Workers Union Join Movement to Support the Democrat’s Bid for Congress
March 3rd, Victorville, CA - Endorsements from the building trades, government, technical and service organizations and manufacturing and agriculture have flooded in for Chris Bubser, Democrat running for Congress in California’s 8th Congressional District. With 24 labor endorsements in total, Bubser has been awarded more labor endorsements than all other CA0-8 candidates. On top of the labor unions, she has earned the endorsement of Dolores Huerta, a labor and worker rights icon. Huerta co-founded the precursor to the UFW which today endorsed Bubser.

The 8th Congressional District stretches along much of California’s eastern border, and includes parts of San Bernardino County, and all of Inyo and Mono counties. The district includes, among others, the communities of Adelanto, Apple Valley, Barstow, Bishop, Hesperia, Highland, Lone Pine, Mammoth Lakes, Needles, Trona, Twentynine Palms, Victorville, Yucaipa, and Yucca Valley, and Joshua Tree and Death Valley National Parks.
